The mission of the company is to provide the finest wireless communications services, sound reinforcement for industrial and commercial settings, broadcast engineering services and electronic systems integration at the best possible cost to its clients. The chief Engineer of the firm holds an FCC First Class License (now General Class) and is certified as a Master Engineer in fhte fields of Land Mobile, Microwave and AM-FM-TV Broadcast by iNARTE, holds certification by PCIA (formerly Naber), is a member of the Society of Broadcast Engineers and is a member of RCA (The Radio Club of America). He is also a licensed radio Amateur and a member of the American Radio Relay League (ARRL). The company is qualified to file FCC Applications and perform FAA studies for new tower sites and renovations to current towers.
Smith Radio can provide complete turn key solutions from system design-licensing-sales of required equipment and installation of the system and complete service after the sale is also provided. Our Engineer, Company Technicians and Sales Advisors are all factory trained in the products we sell. Many large, as well as small clients, have been with us since we began on that 1st day in August 1982.
